Paul Page-Tickell is a technology projects lawyer with 18 years’ post-qualification experience gained in private practice and in-house in the telecommunications and technology sectors.
Paul has an LLB in European Law at Warwick University and a diploma in French Law from Bordeaux University, France. Initially an assistant solicitor in Nabarro Nathanson’s Company Commercial team, he then moved to his first in-house role in 1996 at Racal Group, responsible for legal support to the telecoms, internet and research group companies. At RACAL he handled the £1bn LUL tetra radio PFI contract and joint venture. As Senior Legal Adviser at NTL, he was responsible for legal support to the B2B/carrier services, channel business and network services divisions. He handled a number of high value and strategic network hardware, supply chain projects and corporate telecoms and carrier services contracts. He was the lead lawyer for NTL/France Telecom's 3G mobile license auction and the NTL Mobile Limited joint venture.

Paul set up in private practice in July 2001 and in October 2006 formed ViHPS Legal Limited in order to focus on providing virtual in-house legal services to UK and international businesses. ViHPS seeks to develop a new in-house style of legal practice that delivers pragmatic legal solutions with cost-effective and transparent fee structures, a service now greatly augmented by the further specialisms and experience available within the Spectrum Alliance.
Paul is married with four children and is a deacon in the Roman Catholic Church. In what time he has left, he enjoys playing snooker, squash, golf and tennis and getting away from it all on his mountain bike!
