Chris Wheeler is the founder of law firm Lewis Wheeler Solicitors. Whilst senior partner of one of the larger solicitors practices in the Blackwater Valley, he saw the potential that the Internet provides to deliver legal services in a more efficient and cost effective way and decided to put it into practice.
